Product Description

1.Sectional metal heat-pipe vacuum tube: copper heat-pipe ;

2.Vacuum tube (magnetic-controlled Al-N-Al splash all glass evacuated heat-collecting tubes);

3.Silicon gel sealing plug , aluminum heat-absorbing fins

4. Manifold box : material of outer manifold: SUS304-2B stainless steel;

5.Copper header pipe; material of insulation: rock wool,

6. Material of support: stainless steel profiled bar with 1.2mm thickness.

How It Works
The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
Solar Absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.
Solar Heat Transfer: Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe.
Solar Energy Storage: Water is ciruclated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling. Each time the water circulates through the header the temperatures is raised by 5-10 degree. Throughout the day, the water in the storage tank is gradually heated.
