Our factory produces a range of residential solar water heating systems which are used for residential purposes. These are known for the following features:

System Specification:

1. System temperature: 60-90 deg Celsius

2. Circulation: Thermosiphon type

3. Application: Bathing, Washing

4. Backup facility: 1.5kw or 2 kw electric heater with thermo start. Aid heating in cloudy or rainy days.  

5. Working pressure: Less than 0.1Mpa.

Technical data:

1.       Inner tank: stainless steel 304 2B food level, thickness: 0.31mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm.

2.       Outer tank: stainless steel, thickness: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm.

3.       Bracket/ stand: stainless steel, thickness 1.2mm, 1.5mm

4.       Angle: common 25degree, 38degree, 45degree. It depends on the latitude.

5.       Vacuum tube: Diameter: 58mm, Length: 1.8m,  18 pcs. Coating: AL/N/AL

6.       Capacity: 150L  37sets for a 20GP container, 72 sets for 40GP container, 90sets for a 40HQ container
